Pennsylvania Preferred Mortgage

The design for this site, a local mortgage company, was created through a subcontracting arrangement with the web development company hired by the client. The goals of the interface were to highlight the simple steps involved in the loan application process and to entice the user further into the site.

The home page design includes three numbered blocks set up to contain the text outlining the steps in applying for a mortgage. Other site features, such as a mortgage calculator, are presented in bold blocks to draw potential borrowers further into the site. The subpages maintain the navigation scheme for consistency, with different images on some sections to identify the nature of the content within.

The main graphics and template pages were provided to the web development company. Further enhancements and changes to the initial design were completed in the implementation of the site.
